Climate change is the defining challenge of our time, and the ocean is one of the most powerful yet underused tools we have to tackle it head on, and safeguard life on our blue planet.
Ocean-based climate solutions can cut emissions faster, more feasibly and at a far greater scale than land-based alternatives. Yet these solutions are woefully overlooked and receive just a drop in ocean of global philanthropic giving.
We built ORCA to change this. Our Alliance gives funders a way to align, amplify and accelerate their efforts across seven “big-bet” ocean-climate opportunities.
